Working With Local Suppliers
We believe that to get the best from our food we should cook with the seasons and the produce we have available, locally farmed and from the wild. We use a nose-to-tail approach to ensure that as little as possible of the animal is wasted. Garlic wood farm supply rare breed meat that maintains wildlife habitats and helps to increase biodiversity.
From June 2018 we will be open on Mondays and serving our new smaller plates menu from 6-9pm.
Our menus are seasonal, foraged and local and change regularly.
Sundays we always serve our roasts and lighter bar snacks are also available during food service hours.
